WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a Front Office Trainee to start a new adventure in our hotel in Berlin. If you're hard-working and dedicated, Pestana Hotel Group is an ideal place to get ahead.

WHAT DO WE WANT TO SEE?

• Hability to learn;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Attention to detail and ability to manage time;

• Skills to operate common office equipment;
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).

• Welcoming and greeting guests at the front desk according to company standards.
• Maintaining a pleasant and welcoming environment for the guests’ enjoyment at all times, ensuring the best experience, so that they always come back for the first-class service.
• Thanking and greeting guests with genuine appreciation before they leave.
• Communicating with the guest/clients.
• Speaking with guests, clients, or staff using a clear, professional, and respectful language at all times.
• Acting as a bridge between the Housekeeping and the Front Office staff members to guarantee that a common vision is shared.
• Following all company safety and security policies and procedures at all times.
