We are seeking an experienced ERP Rollout Manager to join my client in the FMCG industry. My client has developed a custom ERP template based on Infor M3 to help streamline their business processes and increase efficiency. They are looking for a motivated individual who will play a key role in rolling out this new ERP template across their factories in Europe.
Responsibilities:
Manage the entire ERP rollout process, from planning to execution, across multiple countries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of the ERP template
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
Provide guidance and support to end-users during and after the ERP rollout
Ensure that the ERP template meets the needs of the business and aligns with their strategic objectives
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience in ERP implementation and project management
Experience with Infor M3 is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with multi-country ERP rollouts is a must
Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time (4 days a week) to their factories across Europe
