Coordinate and synchronize all material and warehouse-stock activities and act as the interface with our sales teams. As Supply Chain Coordinator (m/f/d) you manage our logistics flows between players in the internal and external supply chain, from suppliers to end-customers. Furthermore you ensure the smooth running and continuous improvement of outsourced logistics, shipping and customs activities, in line with customer priorities and in compliance with international shipping and customs regulations including export control.

You ensure and perform the correct coordination, planning and oversight of material, logistics, shipping and/or customs operations respecting the current guidelines. Furthermore you are responsible to implement, monitor and analyze KPIs applicable to suppliers for warehouse stock.
In your function as Supply Chain Coordinator you inform the Warehouse, Maintenance and Customer Support Manager of any material availability conflicts for customer priorities. You inform our service providers about priorities and you are able to manage conflicts. You settle shipping disputes within your area of responsibility. You are in charge of monitoring, recording and analyzing incidents.
Furthermore, your tasks are the implementation of process improvements and cost reduction by a good risk management.

Exigences du poste

You have a degree in supply chain or similar and have an acquired experience in supply chain, material management, import, export control and logistics ? Moreover, you know how to work independently, in a structured way while being the point of contact of different department? Expressing yourself and your personality in English is not a problem for you? Finally, if you have acquired very good skills in MS Office with a passion for excel, SAP and exports and logistics processes, then you are the right person for us!
