Who we are:

We are looking for several employees for our company daycare centre "LittleOrbiters" in Darmstadt on the premises of the European meteorological satellite agency EUMETSAT from summer 2023 on.

EUMETSAT is an international organisation consisting of 30 member states. Just as diverse as EUMETSAT's employees will be the children to be cared for. Therefore, general communication will take place in both English and German.

The new building is in the immediate vicinity of the EUMETSAT main building.

The close cooperation is also reflected in the sustainable construction of the nursery and its concept, which focuses on intercultural communication, sustainability and of course STEM.

• Support and documentation of the children's holistic development

• Trusting cooperation in the educational partnership with the parents.

Your profile:

• You are a state-recognised educator (m/f/d), you have a comparable recognised

social education training or a comparable qualification according to § 25b HKJGB

• Pedagogical empathy and joy in working with children are a matter of course for you.

• You have a keen sense for the individual needs of the children and enjoy accompanying them a bit on their journey through life.

• You have team spirit and creativity as well as the motivation to develop personally and professionally.

• You show initiative and have an independent working style

• Good written and spoken English
