WHAT YOU WILL DO
As our Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be working in the team of sales & marketing professionals. We’re looking for a results-driven SDR to actively seek new business opportunities and engage & build relationships with potential customers. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. We believe that working in the team is as important as working independently, that's why we embrace success and challenges together! What a week at Synera could look like:
- You conduct research to identify potential customers and develop targeted outreach campaigns.
- As an expert you connect with prospective customers, diving deep into their needs and pain points during qualification calls.
- By actively listening to the prospects, you identify their needs & present solutions.
- As a next step you hand over qualified leads to Account Executives which they convert to opportunity.
- You collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies. - do we need this?
- You attend conferences & fairs in order to generate new business leads.
- You participate in weekly reporting meetings with sales team (your AE buddies :))
- As operative work is not your only responsibility, you optimize our processes for scalability.

- You know and confidently use different qualifying methods (BANT, MEDDIC).

- You like brainstorming on how to improve your sales approach.
- You prefer your data to be neet and organized.
- It would be a huge plus if you have already worked in a similar role :)
