JR52575 Semiconductor Product Engineer

In our Munich Development Center for high-speed signaling, we are developing, testing and characterizing industry-leading DRAM memories like GDDR6, GDDR6X and upcoming GDDR7, which are used in high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, graphic cards, game consoles, automotive and autonomous driving.
Position
To support our growing DRAM business in Munich, we are looking for a DRAM system validation engineer for the following tasks:
- Verify by measurement the DRAM functionality for new chip designs in target application.
- Analyze the results and discuss with design and test engineers for continuous product improvements.
- Perform measurements with customer application, by oscilloscope and logic analyzer.
- Act as technical interface between customers and development team.
- Run system qualification for key customers.
- Support customer during new product bring up (if needed on-site).
- Follow up on customer requests in alignment with development team.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering, physics or computer science
- Background in semiconductor physics, digital and analog electronics
- Programming skills in one or more common languages
- Experience with lab equipment as for example oscilloscopes, multimeters and PC hardware
- Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Proactive and independent way of working
- Fluent English skills
