YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a Call Center Agent Helpdesk (m/f/d) in the IT department, you are the central point of contact for all IT-related issues. You will be:
  • Logging and following up customer incidents, and escalate when necessary
  • Execute service requests
  • Tracking open inquiries and communicate intermediate and final status to the customer
  • Establishing and expanding the central knowledge database, which involves editorial preparation of approved solution proposals as well as creating your own solutions and entering them into the database
  • Providing self-services for IT users and participate in the consistent further development and improvement of the support process

WHAT YOU BRING

• You can keep your focus even under high workloads
• You see service work as your vocation and really want to work in this area long-term
• You have completed commercial vocational training in an IT-related professional environment and have relevant experience from working in an IT environment
• You are familiar with Microsoft products such as Microsoft Teams, Onedrive, Office, Outlook, and SharePoint
• You have a good understanding of incident management processes and you have experience in inbound call center operations
• You are a fast learner, friendly and accommodating. And you enjoy direct communication with customers and are service minded
• You speak fluent German and have good English skills
• Your profile is complete by your willingness to work within a fixed time model (service hours) and occasional business trips
