ABOUT THIS ROLE
Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for an Outbound Marketing Manager. In this role, you will translate member engagement objectives into project plans for email and push marketing programs and execute on plans efficiently – ranging from segmentation to creation of templates and campaigns, AB testing, as well as monitoring and reporting. You will be good at both working independently and within cross-functional project teams.
As an Outbound Marketing Manager, you will...
- Manage end-to-end Outbound campaigns, including planning, coordinating, segmenting, targeting, set-up, testing, reporting and optimization
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Outbound marketing test plan, launch tests, analyze and report test results and implement successes
- Track and analyze Outbound performance and provide recommendations based on customer trends and behavior
- Liaise and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing Operations, Design, Customer Support, Product and Content) to inform and implement bold, creative promotions and special projects
- Ensure all Outbound communication is aligned with brand guidelines in terms of both creative and tone of voice

Basic Qualifications
- Professional Degree (Bachelors’ degree, MBA, M.A., M.S., or another post-graduate degree)
- 3+ years’ experience of working within a CRM function and documented experience in building consumer facing Outbound campaigns
- Business fluency in written and verbal English, additional languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese or Japanese) are a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with HTML and demonstrated ability to learn technical systems and in-house tools rapidly
- Strong organizational, managerial, and communication skills, with proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results
- Good knowledge and understanding of the book market and entertainment industry
