Are you an organized multi-tasker with a passion for project and event management?
We are seeking a full-time Events Manager to support our in-house events team with the planning and marketing of events hosted and attended by Speedinvest.
Working directly with our events team and Head of Communications, and in collaboration with our investment and operational support teams, the Events Manager will be involved in every aspect of the event management process, from conceptualization to production and final execution of key internal and external events held throughout Europe.
- Support the events team with all aspects of planning required for both internal and external events
- Own the Speedinvest events calendar and communicate all planned activities both internally and externally
- Own multiple small to medium scale Speedinvest events each year
- Support in both the planning and marketing of conferences and events that we host and attend as a brand
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in developing and managing events both virtually and in-person
- Organized, detail-oriented, self-starter who is capable of autonomously managing and executing high-quality events
- Proven ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced working environment, especially during peak event seasons
- Experience in multi-channel event marketing, including email, web, and social media promotional campaigns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire trust and influence both internally and with external stakeholders
- Positive team player with a passion for events and people, who also likes to have fun
- Fluency in English required
