Project Manager Supply Line (m/f/d)

General Information:

The Supply Line Project Manager is a key position in ENERCONS Global Line Management. Global supply line management is a cross-functional business function that steers the supply line (e.g. hub and nacelle,tower and blade,generator) business-specific across the entire product life cycle and value chain. The Supply Line Project Manager reports directly to the Director of the respective supply line. He is responsible to manage Supply Line specific projects including setting deadlines,prioritizing tasks,and assigning team members to various deliverables. This position is characterized by cross functional as well as international team work,complex decision making processes and contributes directly to the company’s business success.

Your Tasks:

• Project management,including setting deadlines,prioritizing tasks,and assigning team members to various deliverables
• Provide management reports (milestones,risks and mitigation,etc.) for SLT meetings and relevant committees (e.g.,Top project committee,Costing board,etc.)
• Track and enforce escalated cost-down initiatives
• Regular analyses of sourcing & production footprint and operational risk level of KPI attainment
• Prepare and lead core team meetings (meeting agenda,reports and KPI tracking,deliverables,…)
• Analysis of operational risks & early warning (quality,delivery,missing parts,etc.)
• Centralize all relevant SLT information and deliver it to the right stakeholders
• Support team collaboration and communication within SLT
• Represent SLT across relevant meetings and discussions

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in economics or engineering
• Several years of work experience,preferable with strong background in Project Management
• German driving license class B
• Very good communication skills
• Deep technical understanding of the supply chain
• Structured and independent way of working
• Ability to work with tight deadlines,flexibility (for changes)
• Strong ability to organize and coordinate
• High attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders
