Social Media/Community Manager (d/f/m) FemTech Venture

As the venture’s Social Media/Community Manager (2 year assignment) you are complementing our small team over the duration of two years, with whom you will be working in our independent venture entity. You will be responsible for growing the venture brand’s engagement with key B2C and B2B audiences in social channels. It will be in your hands to grow a community of brand ambassadors and convert brand-love into sales. That said, you will be one of the driving forces for bringing the venture to scale and break-even.

Your Role

Become a member of small, dedicated venture core team

• Identify and explore opportunities to build brand awareness, engagement and credentials in social media channels

• Develop and execute social media and content strategy for the venture’s brand in alignment with the venture’s overall brand positioning and growth targets

• Create and curate engaging content for and moderate dialog on the selected social media channels and community

• Close collaboration with venture’s Growth Marketer to ensure social media activities (channels, format, content) unleash their full potential in overall marketing planning

• Build and nurture an engaged community of brand advocates and ambassadors in B2C and B2B space

• Set up a robust full-funnel, social media KPI tracking framework to measure activities efficacy, efficiency and impact on business growth.

You Identify Yourself With

• Profound, hands-on expertise in planning and executing social media strategy and campaigns, preferably in the B2C space

• Experience in building brand-lover communities through engaging, relevant content and narratives

• Driving force in bringing startup/venture from “zero to hero” (10x growth) through effective and efficient social media campaigning and content creation

• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and community building in the women’s health space combined with proficiency in social media management tools and KPI tracking

• Worked in fast-paced startup/venture environment and performance-driven small teams

• Strong passion for women’s health & well-being space, i.e. FemTech combined with Skills in graphic design for social media asset and content creation preferred

• Fluent German & English skills, verbal & written
