Responsibilities

• Automize. Write scripts to automatically parse and integrate customer data to our platform; the results will be directly visible to our customers.
• Standardize. Scan through customer files comprising thousands of years of data for many different chemical applications, and prepare the data for further usage.
• Analyze. Draw insights from the data, by performing statistical analysis and data driven modelling.
• Innovate. Contribute to innovation together with the data science team, and across software development, product & sales teams.
• Collaborate. Work closely with other process experts and data scientists to give advice for specific topics in our customers’ plants.

Requirements

• You enjoy working with big amounts of data in order to derive insights and generate value for Navigance and our customers.
• You have earned a Bachelor’s degree in a field related to chemical engineering, chemistry or physics.
• You have good programming and data analysis experience. Ideally, you have experience working with Python and libraries such as pandas, TensorFlow, scikit-learn etc..
• You are a self-starter and can work independently with a team mindset.
• You are proficient in English (spoken and written).
• You are an open-minded and communicative personality.
