What you can expect in this role

• Communication with our car hire customers and partners by email, phone and chat
• Processing of complex booking enquiries or complaints and escalation cases (2nd and 3rd level case processing)
• Continuous optimisation and documentation of workflows and processes as well as independent identification of optimisation potential and driving projects in the area of customer excellence
• Finding creative solutions for all types of customer concerns until you have found the optimal solution for the customer

Your essential experience and education

• You already have experience in 1st level and 2nd level customer support by telephone and are interested in solving complex customer issues
• You can express yourself flawlessly both verbally and in writing in French, German and English
• Further language skills e. g. Spanish are a plus
• You have a friendly, positive charisma and enjoy personalised customer service
• You are solution-orientated and keep a cool head when dealing with complex enquiries
• You are permanently located in Spain
