Facility Manager - Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg in Grünheide (Mark) bei Tesla

We are looking for a Facility Manager who will lead the Team responsible for day-to-day Workplace site operations. You will provide strategic input on creating and maintaining an amazing workplace experience for the employees of Tesla.

You will manage and coordinate and execute a variety of Workplace projects, including construction renovation, space optimization as well as support for events, employee programs and developing business needs.

• Build and manage a diverse Facility team as well as Facility interfaces (e.g., Workplace, Construction, Shop and Function Leads)
• Directly manage the site-specific Workplace Services team, day to day programs and operations, and ensure the facility is maintained to standards with a strong focus on employee experience
• Strategically manage Workplace Service topics including but not limited to Culinary, Transportation, Creative and Janitorial
• Drive and define various Workplace projects and events, such as logistics plans, budgets, supplier accountability, tracking procedures, communication plans, key performance indicators
• Drive change management projects as well as working with executive management
• Provide leadership and drive collaboration: Create, maintain, and enhance strong relationships across various levels of the organization, partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage quarterly/annual purchase orders, identify, and lead the implementation of process improvements

• Technically Experienced: Relevant experience in Workplace Operations, Facilities Services, and/or closely related function
• Technically Qualified: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Soft Skills:Self-starter with the ability to work under minimal guidance and direction.
• Excellence: Exceeding expectations and driving continuous improvements in creating an attractive workplace and seamless workplace operations
• Motivation & Drive: Understanding and passion towards Tesla’s vision to be translated into innovative workplace initiatives
• A good communicator: You speak and write English and German well and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully
