Your Mission
You will support our Chief Content Officer in all organisational and administrative tasks. This includes daily organisation and scheduling, including preparation and follow-up:

• You manage the email inbox and track the resulting To-Dos independently and conscientiously.
• You take over the planning and organisation of business meetings, including preparation and follow-up.
• You organise international trips from planning to booking to invoicing.
• You check incoming invoices and ensure that they are approved and paid on time.
• You work closely with our assistants to ensure the smooth running of the Executive Board.
• You support the planning and implementation of local and virtual conferences.
