Join us as an Operations Analyst Working Student (all genders), a pivotal role within our Business Intelligence team, where you will drive significant improvements in our operations from a data-driven perspective.

This position offers the unique opportunity to collaborate closely with the German Head of Operations, receiving direct priorities, while being nurtured and developed by the Business Intelligence team. Your contributions will directly influence our operational strategies, enhancing profitability and efficiency across various projects within our German operations.

ABOUT THE TASKS:

• Analyze data to uncover insights that will inform strategic decisions, focusing on improving profitability and operational efficiency across a range of projects.

• Develop and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts to automate data analysis processes, ensuring accurate and timely availability of data.

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Operations to identify priorities and execute data analysis projects that align with business goals.

• Participate in the creation and maintenance of ETL processes, ensuring the smooth integration of data from diverse sources.

• Utilize data visualization tools (Tableau) to create compelling reports and dashboards that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

• You are currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree program in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or another quantitative field.

• You demonstrated proficiency in SQL and Python, with a keen ability to work with numbers and conduct complex data analyses.

• You have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an analytical and solution-oriented mindset.

• You bring the ability to work in a matrix setup, receiving directions from multiple sources while maintaining focus and delivering on priorities.

• You have clear and effective communication skills, capable of translating complex data findings into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Tableau and a high level of expertise in Excel.

• Proficiency in German being highly preferred.
