Partner and Distribution eCommerce Manager
You own the SMB relationship between the German distributors and Cisco, support them with marketing funds, and set the distributors up for success to drive demand in SMB with 2Tier partners. Also, you are implementing partner eCommerce with selected partners and distributors as a new route to market in Germany.
What You will do
- Understand the impact of distribution and 2Tier partners within Germany.
- Develop and execute the distribution marketing plan, targeting 2Tier partners to acquire, develop and retain SMB customers
- Perform regular checks to ensure marketing plans are on track to achieve agreed objectives for growth in SMB.
- Convince and consult distributors on the rollout of the Radius program (Webinar program) to generate leads for SMB customers.
- Build relationships with the German Distributors and cover one of them at an EMEA level.
- Identify and evaluate main partner eCommerce organizations in Germany
- Collaborate with country SMB sales lead and partner/distribution organization to consult and encourage selected partners/distributors in their strategic direction towards eCommerce
- Work with partner e-commerce stores to ensure they are up to date with the latest products, product descriptions, and collateral and to favorably position Cisco, including via promotions and offers.
- Optimize product placement, description quality and overall share of business being transacted via this channel.
Who You Are
- You have a degree in Business Economics or equivalent with 10+ years in Marketing, with 5+ years in digital/eCommerce
- You have strategic and execution experiences in Partner or Distributions eCommerce
- Proven experience in Partner and/or Distribution Marketing with tangible results in Pipeline generation through 2Tier Partner
- Results-oriented, takes initiative and ownership to get a job done well and on time
- Strong analytical skills and eye for business, along with the ability to be detail and deadline-oriented.
- Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-functional international team in complex matrix organizations.
- We advocate Hybrid Work. Office preferences given so you can meet the German Marketing Team Face-to-Face easier.
- Native German speaker and excellent communication in English.

- Total/growth in marketing sourced bookings from distributors/2T partners
- Net new SMB customers via distributors/2Tier partners
- Total revenue generated by Partner/Distributor eCommerce channels in Germany.
- QoQ and YoY growth rates across Partner and Distribution eCommerce channels
