Our journey: Alexandre and Steve launched Qonto in July 2017. Since then, the team has earned the trust of more than 400,000 customers and opened offices in Paris, Berlin, Milan, and Barcelona. As a Head of Marketing for our German market, directly reporting to Lukas, our Managing Director Germany your mission will be to develop our awareness and acquisition in Germany, together with your team. Germany is our fastest growing market at Qonto.
You will manage a team of local experts in the fields of events, content, social media, and marketing to adapt and localize our global strategy for the German market. You will work in close collaboration with our central teams (marketing & comms as well as acquisition).

Be at the forefront of moving Qonto upmarket to become a well-known, trusted product in the German Mittelstand and attract many German companies of all sizes to our platform.- Be part of the German leadership team and work together with the Managing Director - Germany on the future growth strategy for Qonto Germany
- Help us position Qonto as the top-of-mind business banking & finance platform for SMEs, startups & freelancers.
- Be in charge of further scaling our market presence by leading and coordinating the markets growth strategy & execution across our local channels (content, events, social media, influencers, community management)
- Collaborate with our different global teams (brand & comms, acquisition, partnerships, revenue growth) to make sure that our overall marketing plan for the German market is relevant and consistent with our brand platform.
• Plan, forecast and analyze our results to make sure the right investments are made.
Work closely with other teams across the company such as Product Marketing or Partnerships to ensure best-in-class communication to prospects and customers.
• Run a team of 10 people and directly manage a dedicated team of long-standing marketing managers for awareness (events, social media, influencers and community management) and content management (content, CRM, copywriting).
• Work directly with large-scale partners to collaborate on marketing initiatives together with your team.
• Work on expanding & developing the team to build the best-in-class marketing team in Germany.
