To strengthen our team in Germany, we are looking for a Research Manager or Senior Research Manager with strong experience in Healthcare research.

You will support globally renowned Healthcare clients, from research design to delivery of insight - across both tactical and strategic projects. Our Healthcare practice supports clients with research across OTC, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals and HCPs. You would report into an Associate Director and work with them to support business growth across all aspects of the research lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Supports or leads the design and execution of research studies
• Understands how advanced solutions can be used to answer client questions
• Provides added value insight for clients
• Contributes towards professional and authoritative presentations to clients
• Communicates confidently with clients about their business and sector issues
• Research project management – from design to delivery
• Delivery quality and excellent research at every stage
• Works within allocated project budgets
• Works well within a team, supporting colleagues collaboratively as needed
• Embrace digital technologies within the company to deliver agile insight

Required skills:

• Strong understanding and experience of quantitative research, qualitative experience & understanding is a welcome addition
• Established Healthcare experience
• Fluent in English & German
