Have at least 3+ years of experience in dynamic environments, preferably within industries known for high standards of customer service, with a proven track record in hiring for essential customer-facing positions.
Skilled in identifying and attracting top talent in customer service, with a focus on both technical skills and the soft skills essential for exceptional customer interactions.
Have a proven ability to navigate various recruitment channels and platforms to source candidates who not only meet the required skill set but also align with the company's culture and values.
Demonstrated expertise in leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to engage with passive and active candidates in the customer service domain, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
A detail-oriented, data-driven individual who leads by example, adept at crafting and presenting detailed, metrics-based reports to stakeholders, with a specific focus on customer service recruitment metrics and outcomes.
