Fides is a brand-new LegalTech startup based out of Munich. We are creating a data-driven & tech-enabled way to manage corporate governance duties. We will go above and beyond to make this work and expand into global jurisdictions quickly.
Founded by successful, second-time founders and funded by top-tier VCs (like Sequoia) and angel investors, we are preparing to make our mark in the startup heaven. We want to build something special, both in terms of product and in terms of culture! This will be a rocketship and we need one more passenger before we can really take off!
We are still at the beginning of our journey, so you will have influence over and be responsible for large parts of your field. It's a wide open space with zero legacy. This means freedom for you, but it's also a big responsibility. You will need to think outside the box every day and come up with really innovative ideas and concepts that no one has thought about before.
You will be ...
working with the founder and experienced Account Executives on building and scaling the go-to-market strategy for Fides. - demonstrating a deep understanding of the customers needs during conversations.
- Prepare and present product demonstrations.
- developing a network of deal stakeholders to assist in identifying and persuading economic, technical or user buying influencers.
- helping to improve the general CRM setup, updating the CRM with deal information and supporting the transition from HubSpot to Salesforce.
- sharing deep partnerships with Customer Success and Product to meet customers’ needs.
- pursuing and cultivating leads to generate new opportunities and increase pipeline.
- proactively tracking and improving key metrics and providing weekly / monthly reports.
- constantly identifying ineffective processes within the GTM strategy and fixing them.
- automating everything that can be automated.
- Degree in law, business, finance, computer science or a related field
- You think turning a “no” into a “yes” is exciting and always possible.
- You have previous sales experience at a B2B SaaS company, ideally in the LegalTech space or other comparable space.
- You have experience selling to companies of different sizes (SMBs, mid market, and enterprise segments) and managing business pipeline and revenue forecasts.
- You are able to deliver clear, accurate and concise written and oral communications in German and English.
- You have excellent strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
- You are not afraid to learn all about complex entity structures, legal documents or regulatory workflows to understand our customers inside out.
- You anticipate issues and resolve them proactively. You never wait too long to reply or until a problem has become too big. If necessary, you are not afraid to annoy other colleagues to support you in making a customer happy.
- You are willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, even if it's deeply legal or technical, you have some technical experience in terms of using SaaS solutions.
- You are okay with our sales strategy, team, etc. being at the absolute beginning and there are few established processes, best practices. You are happy to build these and share knowledge with colleagues to be hired after you.
