Your Tasks

Support of Product Owners with the organization of the agile product development teams
Assist with the rollout of our new loyalty program into further countries
Test support for new loyalty features
Collaboration with the Customer Masterdata team to roll out a new address service functionality

Your Profile

Enrolled in a relevant field of study within a technical area or business administration with technical focus
Strong problem-solving, team work, organization and presentation skills
Good analytical skills
Experience with software development or agile frameworks is a plus
Understanding of CRM, loyalty management or loyalty program business is a plus
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, German skills can be of advantage

About Us

In the customer relationship business unit, you will assist as a Working Student (m/f/d) on the internal global loyalty platform. You will support as an interface between the international CRM business team and the technical development teams.
