The technical trainer will be responsible for the implementation of PLC and Drive Control Systems at Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg, with the goal of improving the technical skills of our employees.
The development of high-quality training documentations and execution of these trainings will be your main task next to advice the shops with your technical skills.

What You’ll Do
- Develop trainings and documentation for PLC and drive control systems trainings
- Deliver training sessions and facilitate on-site trainings as necessary
- Actively contribute innovative ideas to enhance the team’s performance and efficiency
- Evaluate the performance of technical staff and gain hands on shop floor experience to identify areas of improvement by maintaining close and continuous contact with the shopfloor technicians
- Define course content and learning objectives based on companies needs
- Organize trainings and manage participants and related training coordination tasks
What You’ll Bring
- Ideally bachelor's degree in the controls automation field, electrical engineering or an equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in working with PLCs and Industrial Drives, with focus on Siemens and SEW systems
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively to different levels of the organization
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Professional working level of German and English
- Familiarity with other Drive systems and PLCs such as Lenze Drives and Beckhoff PLCs are advantageous
