Our suite of work spans extraction, transformation, visualization & analysis of data delivered via industry leading products, solutions & services. Our flagship product is Daton, an ETL tool. We have now ventured into building exciting ease of use data visualization solutions on top of Daton. Technical Requirement

Minimum 3 years of experience in related field

Advanced knowledge of SQL,
Advance knowledge in one of the visualisation tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, DataStudio etc.
Advance knowledge in one of the cloud databases such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift or Azure
Shapes business and query logic as a basis for analytics (dashboards and deep dives)
Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation.
Demonstrates extensive knowledge in technical business analysis in an eCommerce industry.
Continuously strives to automate processes to perform data analyses and provides actionable insights.
Able to troubleshoot issues and co-own timely resolution needed byProduct teams.
Independently performs deep RCAs, generates actionable insights and where applicable, identifies new data driven opportunities for the business.
Develops standards and processes for QC validation, anomaly detection and alert notifications.
Comes with better KPIs to monitor business health.
Move the business towards self-serve, especially in dashboards adoption.

Accountable for timely delivery with the right quality
Accurate effort estimation
Demonstrates good understanding of the business context and the analytical/reporting needs when working on new product or service.
Communicates effectively around aspects of project execution: requirements, timelines, dependencies, priorities, and impact.
Trains the business stakeholders to enable them to self-serve the adhoc asks.
Mentor junior analysts and serve as SMEs.
Proves to be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary.
Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.

Preferred

Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Math, Finance, Statistics or related discipline
Experience working with Python.
Experience and ability to effectively gather information from multiple data sources.
Knowledge and direct experience using business intelligence reporting tools such as Tableau.
The ability to analyse, model, and interpret data.
Ability to multi-task while managing deadlines, ability to perform well under pressure, and ability to work independently.
Ability to work across multiple teams and build relationships to understand business operational process complexities.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to proactively QA your own work to ensure quality standards and requirements are met.
