Company Description

We are looking for a communicative, problem-oriented Product Designer who will join one of our teams working on building data product for car Dealers.

You will work alongside four other designers that are part of the Dealer seller classifieds alliance, formed to solve Professional car sellers problems (Dealers). Our team is part of an almost 40 people UX chapter consisting of designers, researchers, and content specialists. You will report to a design manager.

You can find problems and opportunities and shape them in a way that allows your squad to create meaningful solutions. You will work in a cross-functional team that shapes data products for our Dealers. You will have support from UX research to find ways to discover problem spaces and evaluate the solutions. You are eager to take on risks and bravely experiment while pursuing your goal.

Work closely with your PM from the idea phase through discovery, ideation, concept, wireframes, visual designs, usability testing through to development and iteration
Prepare research topics together with UX Research and Product and take part in the user interviews
Ensure cross-product consistency and contribute to our design system
Partner up with user research, analytics support and PMs in order to plan and prioritise research
Together with your team, bring solutions to life and iterate on them
Help shaping the experimentation culture in your team and Dealer alliance by proposing ideas for experiments
