Delivery Hero is looking for a part-time Admin Assistant (all genders) to join our Legal team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Meet the team:

You’ll join a high-performing team of 4 assistants who are responsible for providing exceptional support across the company. Our purpose is to have a designated person responsible to process the daily incoming post and to support with office tasks that will keep our legal department accomplishing their goals as well as improving departmental culture and process efficiency.

Your mission:

• You will be responsible for processing and sorting the daily incoming post ensuring to maintain the records of critical matters, and scanning and handling documents to the relevant teams across the company.

• You will be responsible for the preparation and arrangement of mail-out documents via city courier or international shipping companies.

• You will assist the team in their day-to-day work by providing first-class support, including full administrative task ownership.

• You will support the teams with their printing and scanning needs ensuring that the necessary legal documents are processed correctly in a timely manner.

• (You will assist in the organization of events, including team events, conferences and offsites)

• You will work on ad-hoc tasks and projects, and provide additional support where required

Your heroic skills:

• You are available to work on-site Monday to Friday from 13:00 to 17:00 in our office located in Berlin-Mitte

• You have previous work experience in office task management, ideally in team support.

• You have excellent communication verbal and written skills in German and English ensuring that tact, discretion and confidentiality are at the forefront of your interactions.

• You are solution-oriented, with exceptional attention to detail and resilience, plus excellent organisational and multitasking skills

• You are a natural relationship builder and have impeccable stakeholder management skills

• You are a proactive, pragmatic and personable individual who enjoys interaction with diverse groups of people
