Completed studies, preferably with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification
Ideally several years of professional experience in performance-based online marketing
Ideally knowledge of HubSpot or another CRM tool
Experience in funnel marketing and data analysis

Ownership: Developing the digital marketing strategy for our personal development products, always with the aim of promoting our events. Finally, in the ticketing area, you will ensure that Tony Robbins and other top speakers appear in a sold-out location.
Target-orientation: Responsible for the development, planning and implementation of integral lead campaigns along the customer journey.
Teamwork: Close collaboration with content, social, design and ads team, interface between sales and product team.
Holistic thinking: Building individual customer journeys, optimising conversion funnels, adapting landing pages, continuously developing the email marketing strategy
