Your tasks

• Supporting scientific processes, such as a Biodiversity Policy Integration analysis of EU policies, social network analysis and others
• Support the identification of key informants and data collection (survey data)
• Support in the organization of a sub-national workshop in Germany on IPCC/IPBES knowledge uptake
• Supporting the compilation, writing and formatting of deliverables for the project

Your profile

• Successful completion (or advanced course) of a degree in the environmental or social sciences (Open to other degrees, as long as you make a strong case regarding your interest)
• Advanced professional English (B2/C1) is mandatory, knowledge of German is an asset
• Proven record of time management and organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and self-initiative and clear communication skills are expected
• Further knowledge in this field of work, especially political integration, knowledge uptake of IPBES/IPCC, nature conservation, etc. is an advantage
• Experience in organizing events and experiences in (digital) communication processes are an advantage
