What part will you play?

• Together with a team of global P&O Business Partner you will shape the future of work and contribute to a broad range of strategic P&O topics, such as succession planning, talent discussions, learning initiatives, transformational projects, and more

• You support the global P&O BPs in their daily work by handling different operative tasks

• You will create appealing and high-quality documents for management presentations as part of your daily job

• You assist in the preparation, execution and follow-up of meetings, workshops, or events
• In this role, you will take ownership for specific work packages

• Thinking out of the box and feeling free to propose creative new ideas is part of your nature

Use your skills to move the world forward.

• You are studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, International Management or alike; we are not fixed on a certain area of studies

• You are looking for a challenging, working student job preferably for a longer period of time

• You have a passion for P&O / HR topics working result-oriented, structured, and being able to set priorities and have already gained experience in other working student jobs you can build on

• You have strong analytical skills and the ability to consolidate information meaningfully

• You are intrinsically motivated, eloquent, and creative

• Solid experience in the MS Office 365 applications (MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Conceptboard) and fluency in English and good German completes your profile
