Student Assistant for Technology Scouting and Innovation Management in Paderborn bei dSPACE GmbH

Working hours: flexible for at least 8h/week

We are looking for a talented student assistant (m/f/d) to join our team in the areas of technology scouting and innovation management. In this role, you will play a key role in identifying new technologies, assessing their potential impact, and contributing to the development of technology roadmaps.

You will support our technology scouting colleagues and relieve them by working independently and autonomously on a variety of work packages.

Your Responsibilities

• Support in identifying potential new technologies that are relevant to our industries - primarily the automotive industry.
• Analyzing the impact and feasibility of introducing new technologies.
• Contributing to the development of innovation initiatives and strategies.
• Developing and updating technology roadmaps based on industry trends and company objectives.
• Documenting the results, analyses, and recommendations

Your Profile

• You are a registered student in a STEM subject area.
• You have a strong interest in technology scouting, innovation management, and practical testing of new technologies.
• You have excellent research and analytical skills.
• You are familiar with technology trends and have an overview of the industry landscape.
• You have strong communication and presentation skills, reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team.
• You have a good command of written and spoken English.
