Principle activities:

Support the P-AM team overall in their tasks

• Identify process optimizations, propose and implement.
• Cooperates with internal cross-funtional customers as required
• Carrying out specific activities in accordance with the relevant DRX processes of the procurement department
• Preparation and processing of requests for quotations for raw materials / materials necessary for modifications /

adjustments applied to the equipment necessary for production

• Administration and archiving of documents specific to the procurement department
• Verification of price offers in compliance with RFQ requirements
• Checking and clarifying invoice price differences with suppliers
• Creation and completion of matrices for price comparison (PVM)
• Obtaining clarifications from the departments involved and sending them to suppliers in order to obtain offers

Job requirements:

Bachelor's Degree ( Business, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field)

MS Office

SAP

English Advanced level
