As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our continued growth by serving as the driving force behind the rollout of our projects and the creation of strong and enduring partnerships with our customers. Your responsibilities will focus on product deployment and identifying cross-sell opportunities, contributing significantly to our ongoing expansion.
- Lead the rollout process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation to lasting customer relationships;
- Establish and cultivate trusted relationships with key stakeholders, gaining insights into their needs and proactively creating mutually beneficial opportunities;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and escalations, promptly addressing concerns and ensuring overall client satisfaction;
- Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling;
- Collaborate closely with product colleagues and cross-functional teams to elevate our product and contribute to the advancement of our roadmap;
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, consistently exploring avenues to optimize customer engagement processes and elevate overall client satisfaction.
- Proven track record in a project management role, preferably in a SaaS, technology, or consulting company;
- A formal degree in (industrial) engineering, business, marketing, or related studies with a relevant focus on our industry;
- You demonstrate pronounced networking and social skills;
- Self-management and prioritization are your foundation for shaping your daily work. In challenging situations, you exhibit ownership and find effective approaches and solutions;
- Ability to transcend between technical and business audiences;
- Experience in thinking your way into the demands of our prospects, with an ability to devise how we can create a win-win situation together;
- Domain expertise in automotive, machinery, or any of our customer domains;
- Capability to work independently, with a goal-oriented personality and willingness to bring your ideas to the team;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously;
- Embrace a solution-driven, detail-oriented mindset that thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to issue resolution within set deadlines;
- Fluency in German and English.
