Business Manager - Remote in Bayern bei Madiff

As a 360 Business Manager we will provide you the appropriate tools and training to develop your skills in two main business areas: sales and recruitment. We have big plans for anyone that shows commitment and presents great results. And remember, there are only 7 slots available!

• This is a remote position;

• At least 3 years of experience in software houses, software factories or nearshore companies;
• 
  Professional services sales background in the IT industry;
• 
  Ability to build and execute business processes;
• 
  Ability to build trust with presence and body language;
• 
  Ability to follow sales processes and create measurement reports;
• 
  A network of IT relevant connections;
• 
  Willingness to travel (when possible);

- Experience in professional services sales - researching, prospecting, lead generation, lead qualification - is a plus.
