We are looking for talented individuals to join us for our Intern program in 2025. The intern program at TikTok aims to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.

The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.

Responsibilities:

• Create insightful reports to track business KPIs, monitor sales metrics and recommend best practices
• Conduct research and market sizing of industries deriving actionable recommendation
• Support conceptualizing and implementing regional projects to increase operational efficiency
• Help removing operational blockers by collaborating with sales reps

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in 2026.
• Strong sense of responsibility and innovation, self-driven, and results-oriented;
• Good team communication skills and project promotion capabilities;
• Comfort with ambiguity and cross-cultural environment as well as fast learner
• Fluent English and German skills are required
• Must be available to start in June 2025, Berlin. Duration six-months

• Relevant internship experience in internet product positions preferred;
• Structured thinking to cut through complex problems and develop stakeholder pragmatic solutions
