We are looking for a First-Line Technical Support specialist to support our customer. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and possess strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for helping customers resolve technical issues. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive prompt and effective assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the initial point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or chat.
2. Provide first-line support to resolve basic technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems by guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
4. Escalate complex issues to second-line support or relevant departments when necessary.
5. Document and track customer issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system.
6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate support.
7. Stay updated on product knowledge, company services, and industry trends.
8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer support.
Requirements:
1. Fluent in German (written and spoken) – essential.
2. Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and hardware troubleshooting.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
