What you’ll do
- Market Research and Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities in the DACH region. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and achieve sales goals
- Drive New Revenue through new customers acquisition: Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through various channels including cold calls, emails, networking events, and industry conferences. Execute personal campaigns, activities and processes to build and nurture a network of relevant prospects and contacts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs and challenges, and propose tailored embedded software solutions that meet their requirements. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the solutions align with client expectations and deliver value.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable business agreements.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including sales targets, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Use CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, client engagement team, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of rin.tech services and address any new client issues promptly.
