BNP Paribas is delighted to invite you to our NextGen Women in Finance Day (Vol. 2).

At BNP Paribas, we are genuinely dedicated to making a difference to gender balance standards in the industry!

Therefore, amongst other initiatives, we systematically partner with the most forward-thinking universities to create events that are designed to increase female representation.

The NextGen Women in Finance Day is the flagship event of our “female series”. We kicked it off in May 2023 with “Volume 1”. This day was an inspiring success in many respects and it ultimately translated into a lot of female talents that we are going to welcome for internships etc. in 2024.

This time we will have even more focus on providing you with first-hand insights on the job profiles in different departments (e.g. Corporate Coverage, Advisory, Low Carbon Transition Group, Debt markets, Equity research, Asset Management and Wealth Management). We will do this through various formats ranging from “10 min. speed intros of departments”, to a panel discussion, to breakout sessions.

We are convinced that this event will support you in gaining a deeper understanding of the respective job profiles and help you match these with your personal strength profile. Above all, this event will be an excellent opportunity to quick-start a personal conversation between you and our colleagues.
