We're looking for a motivated and driven Intern Communications and Events with German (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- Support the internal communications team with administrative tasks such as news management across all channels and across different formats (intranet, townhalls, email, events, internal social media) in a diverse, complex, and international setup;
- Support the production and execution of internal multimedia and multichannel communication campaigns (incl. events, video, design etc.);
- Experiment with new, creative ways to reach corporate employees with news and information;
- Support our internal event management to prepare the content for internal events, as well as to organize and implement the events on-site.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- You are currently enrolled or have graduated in a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field;
- You enjoy writing and story-telling through your texts, or other means of communication;
- You have first experiences with developing creative, effective approaches to reach a diverse audience with visual storytelling, video production and editing, photography, design, social media and curious to experiment with multimedia to develop cutting-edge communication formats and virtual event platforms such as MS Teams;
- You have excelled communication skills, you are tech savvy in Microsoft Office Suits, Sharepoint is a plus;
- You have an organizational talent and previous experience in event organization;
- You are flexible, reliable, confident and enjoy teamwork;
- You are confident to draft target group-oriented event ideas and to independently execute events on-site;
- Excellent writing and verbal skills in English are a must;
- You enjoy traveling, this role involves traveling to Berlin and, possibly, other locations for the execution of events;
- You are based in Germany, in Munich.
