A day in a life of….

• Lead a packaging team of eight people made of packaging specialists.
• Be a key contact to business.
• Deliver to the packaging strategy, integrated into the Science and Technology Roadmaps and aligned with I&R pipeline of the business, to explore novel technologies, and to launch innovative and sustainable concepts in the markets.
• Provide relevant support to markets and zones.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (project management, material and machine expertise, engineering) to ensure on-time, on-quality and on-cost delivery of projects.
• Influence prioritization of projects within portfolio and allocate resources based on value-creation, impact and alignment with global strategy.

Our Requirements

• Degree or diploma in engineering or packaging engineering
• 10+ years of experience in the field of packaging preferably in food industries
• Proven record of leading a team
• Many years of experience in project management and very good stakeholder management skills
• Analytical and methodical skills in problem solving.
• Curiosity, initiative, focus on results and proactive cooperation.
• Exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance and/or maintenance execution desired
• Fluent in English
