Job Summary
The Bain & Company digital marketing team is expanding and is seeking an experienced marketing professional to jump in and help execute digital campaigns across a number of stakeholder groups (with an emphasis on local markets across EMEA) including our commercial and employer brand/recruiting/talent acquisition audiences. We’re searching for a Digital Campaign Specialist to partner with our EMEA market reputation and talent acquisition teams to build and execute a digital strategy around broadening reach, solidifying awareness and increasing engagement among the executive and candidate profiles we care about most. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with digital tactics such as social (emphasis on LinkedIn) and search, and has a strong interest in expanding to other areas in digital such as display, partnerships and more.
We are seeking someone that has a passion for digital marketing, is a strong project manager and has the ability to work on numerous campaigns at once with excellence – all to support digital strategists who will be partnering with marketing colleagues across the globe to build the Bain brand, showcase our thought leadership and expertise and encourage candidates to apply to Bain. This individual will grow to serve as a key liaison with our EMEA colleagues to ensure the best digital campaigns and solutions are brought forth, and that the partnership and demand continues to increase and evolve over time.
The Digital Campaign Specialist should have a proven track record of delivering across multiple campaigns with a knack for continuously optimizing towards the best performance, use of budget and generating demand for future initiatives. A collaborative, test and learn mentality and creative, entrepreneurial mindset will be critical for success. Principal Accountabilities
Digital Strategic Planning & Execution for Commercial and Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Audiences
- Execute (both individually and in partnership with others) campaigns across multiple digital channels (primary focus of LinkedIn) to raise awareness, generate demand and brand build across our various global markets, training will be provided where necessary
- Support lead digital strategist to establish vision for an integrated, global digital strategy for our global markets and deliver campaigns that continuously show value and generate demand
- Partner with digital team members and global marketing colleagues to define objectives, establish KPIs and budget plan for priority campaigns throughout the year across multiple offices and skillsets
- Familiarize yourself with our project management platform (Trello) and ensure all campaign and project updates are running smoothly and on time
- Dive into our analytics platform to conduct complete post-campaign evaluation and reporting in partnership with our marketing analytics colleagues. Evangelize and share results across various campaigns, training and bringing key stakeholders alongside the journey with you through examples, case studies, results achieved, success anecdotes, etc.
- Ensure proper and consistent UTM strategy is utilized for campaign attribution and measurement (training can be provided)
- Run pilots and establish best practices to constantly stay on top of what works well in certain markets and the nuances that come with servicing customers across multiple geographies
- Work with Bain’s Brand Studio to develop and QC digital assets to be used across our various channels, building in a test and learn mentality to ensure we’re constantly driving towards the most effective, innovative creative for our target audiences.
- Own billing, budgeting and invoicing for market reputation digital campaigns across the globe

- Stay on top of the latest and greatest industry trends relevant to LinkedIn and other paid media platforms, especially those that are prevalent in EMEA, APAC, etc.
- Strong interest to learn and grow in areas of SEM, SEO, display and other digital channels – intellectual curiosity is a must!
