By automating routine checks and corrections, our tools speed up production, freeing developers to grow, discover, and create. We’re looking for a seasoned QA engineer to join our team. Just recently, we’ve proudly released a Public Preview of a new product – RustRover, our dedicated IDE for Rust development. Now we’re looking to take the product to market. To achieve that, we need high retention, for which product quality plays a crucial role.

We currently have a highly dynamic working environment within our team, with biweekly releases and all of the processes associated with such a demanding cadence. Deeply familiar with best practices, we’re always trying to strike a pragmatic balance between what measures we need and how to apply them.

We’re looking for a strong QA engineer who will help us:

Perform exploratory, regression, functional, and acceptance testing. We’re working predominantly on Rust-related code insight and IDE capabilities. You can check out our YouTrack to see the kinds of issues we deal with: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/RUST?q=%23Verified.
Constantly improve our integration tests suite. We have performance tests as well as integration tests for code insight.
Coordinate and drive QA processes within the team, which will accompany the product goal and development cadence.
Take ownership of all QA processes in the team, including designing and executing high-level workflows and best practices.

We will be happy to have you on our team if you:

Have at least 3 years of experience in manual testing of software products.
Are familiar with at least one programming language (sufficient for writing simple applications).
Think software products should be high-quality and user-friendly.
Can detect and reproduce complex functionality issues.
Have a good command of spoken and written English.
Can work both in a team and independently.
