The HR Business Partners (HRBP) are the central point of contact for strategic HR topics which are not covered by HR Operations. They support leads and employees nationwide and globally with strategic expertise.
Through customer proximity, the HR Business Partners identify potential for improvement or needs for action and develops appropriate solutions. They find the balance between employee and business focus to ensure the best fit and the sustainability of the actions.
In a nutshell, these are your tasks:
- Strategic Development: Support and drive the short-term and long-term strategic development of your area of responsibility in terms of Strategic Workforce Planning, HR Transformation and Team & People Development in line with company guidelines and policies
- Management Consulting: Advise your leads on leadership tasks, support decisions or question decisions and intervene. Be a strong partner and convince with your HR expertise
- Collaborate beyond Roles and Borders: Consult with Country HR and Centres of Expertise (CoE) regarding the full portfolio of HR related processes and address business needs
- Ensure Compliance with Laws and Policies: Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks
- Transformation & Change Projects: Accompanies and implements global (business) change projects together with management of respective organisational units
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or social sciences or in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar strategic position, preferably in the tech industry or as HRBP for tech units
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Demonstrated ability to effectively plan and manage HR projects from initiation to completion
- Assertiveness paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Problem-solving skills and ability to proactively identify areas for improvement and innovation within the HR function
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while collaborating effectively with geographically dispersed teams
- A mindset of continuous improvement and a proven experience in implementing lessons learned from previous projects and applying best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Business fluency in English (German would be an advantage)
- Willingness to travel up to 15% (nationwide)
