What's the role?:
As a Marketing Manager Event Content (and Strategy), you will be part of the Global Event Team, overseeing event related content and communication planning and execution (as well as helping develop and maintain our event strategy).
You will ensure brand awareness building at events by producing event content that’s on-brand and that aligns with HERE’s themes and messaging. You will support our event activities with event content that targets the right audiences across our priority industries and markets and support our event planning and execution with the right messages through the right channels pre-, onsite and post event communication.
To align our end-to-end marketing experience around events and to ensure messaging, speaker selection and -management are guaranteed, you will work closely with stakeholders in Product, Marketing and Communication.
You will develop and manage processes and KPIS to collect inside and feedback around HERE event activities globally and feed them back into our event strategy.
The specific tasks for this role consist of:
- Developing concepts and strategies to adapt and use our global campaign assets at regional and market specific events.
- Together with our marketing stakeholders you will help develop and edit event related materials, including presentations, webpages, social media campaigns.
- Select and support HERE own and external speaker at conferences and industry events with presentations, talking points and onsite rehearsals together with our global market- and regional communication teams.
- Ensure optimal promotional content and approve all promotional material messaging and content including pre-event promotion and onsite messaging and post-event nurture.
- Ensuring all end-to-end event content assets are delivered on time and in the expected quality.
- You will analyze the effectiveness of our initiatives, collect, and provide timely evaluations of various event activities, and make recommendations to optimize our end-to-end event experience.
Who are you?:
Besides your strong marketing background and a good understanding of, and experience in, the B2B tech industry you bring along:
- A bachelor’s degree and at least 5+ years of experience in Marketing or Communications
- Strong interpersonal skills, with experience influencing decision-makers and communicating with teams with diverse skillsets.
- Have a high level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple deadline orientated priorities simultaneously.
- Have a good understanding of social media and its impact on digital communications.
- Eye for brand (consistent) design, look & feel.
- Proven success in building strategic marketing and communications plans with specific, measurable, action-oriented goals and objectives
- Experience in working with agencies and 3rd party suppliers.
- Must-have: knowledge about and experience in using: WorkFront, Contently, Canva, Miro, PowerPoint, Integrate and/or Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey or alike survey tools
- Nice to have: knowledge about or experience in working with Figma, WordPress, Squarespace, Drupal or a website building tool alike
