In this role, you will be responsible as a KeyUser for the support of the IT systems at the site and in some cases throughout Germany, ensuring their operation and support. In addition, as a team member of the Central Technical Office, you will look after and support our PC-based systems in the field of automation technology both internally in application and sales and externally with our customers. Your responsibilities

• Responsibility for IT systems within Germany and act as a key user in close coordination with IT managers
• Joint requirements definition with our customers
• Development of system solution concepts
• Concept realization using programming languages of C, C++, C#
• Commissioning at the customer's site
• Documentation of the developed solution
• Customer support and assistance with technical questions as well as technical support of our sales team

Your background

• At least 2 years of professional experience as an IT specialist or in a comparable position
• You have an education as an IT specialist or a degree in computer science or comparable
• Very good knowledge of common IT systems, Windows operating systems, IT administration, telephone systems and network technology
• First experience in first-level support and programming
• High contact and communication skills, customer orientation, persuasion and negotiation skills are qualities that make you successful in your daily work in the market and with customers
• Personally, you are characterized by your ability to work in a team and your flexibility
• You are used to travel
• Fluent in German, both in written and spoken forms, with a good command of the English language
