What you will bring to our universe

As the Game Producer at Snowprint Studios, you'll be the driving force behind our Tacticus game, ensuring seamless delivery and maintaining a positive team dynamic. For us this means you’ll be focusing on:

Leading with Purpose: Own and manage the game backlog, facilitating effective teamwork and clear priorities.

Foster Collaboration: Enable smooth day-to-day operations, removing obstacles to keep the team in high spirits.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest and implement improvements in our processes, elevating the quality of our work.

Event/People Coordination: You will support the studio head in people things like organizing team events, and making sure your team members have the right tools and environment.

To succeed in this role, we think you need…

Understanding of game production: An understanding of what makes a game successful and an eagerness to contribute to our journey.

Agile Expertise: Knowledge of agile methodologies and the ability to navigate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Leadership Skills: Confidence in making decisions, leading teams, and maintaining a goal-oriented mindset.

Communication Mastery: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills not shying away from tough talks.

Problem-Solving Prowess: Strong analytical skills to tackle challenges and adapt to changing circumstances.
