Honeywell is looking for a Vertical DemandGen Business Development Manager (m/f/x) for our Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) division.

As a Business Development Manager (m/f/x), you will be responsible for driving business development activities in targeted verticals.

Building Relationships: Utilize your networking skills to establish strong relationships with specifier-consultants, end-users, general contracting firms (G/C's), Engineering Procurement Contractors (EPC's), and OEM's at all levels.

Market Positioning: Position our company's products and software as the preferred choice within the targeted verticals, increasing market share.

Relationship Development: Identify and develop new relationships with key stakeholders and influencers, driving preference for our products and software.

Project Development: Identify and develop parent projects from external databases, campaigns, or events, ensuring their distribution to local demand generation teams and converting them into opportunities.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the Local Demand Generation team and other project influencers to secure specifications that exceed customer requirements, using compelling value propositions and winning proposals.

Networking: Engage with influencers, insurance companies, regulatory bodies, and vertical forums, leveraging these connections to create awareness and demand for our products and software.
