Imaging (MRI) Technical Product Specialist - Open to candidates across EMEA in Berlin bei Zimmer Biomet

The Technical Product Specialist is responsible for providing product service, imaging and technology support to global customers, patients, internal team members, external stakeholders, and effected end users, as well as developing and maintaining relationships.

• As the face of Zimmer Biomet, exemplify Core Values during all interactions with external customers and patients.
• Obtain knowledge in all applications, products, and imaging protocols to be able to assist team members in any escalations to management or key stakeholders.
• Provide technical and product support for global internal and external customers via telephone, text message, and e-mail. Support may include analysis of x-rays, MRI, CT, or product options in connection with an ongoing surgery.
• Gain knowledge of Personalized Solutions supported technologies and help troubleshoot with Technical Product Senior Specialist on imaging solutions.
• Gain knowledge in surgical planning software.
• Support external patient customers / end-users in the delivery and use of technology solutions.
• Assist patients in downloading the mymobility app and syncing with their Apple watches.
• Become a subject matter expert in technology solutions functionality and use. Share knowledge with both internal team members, customers, and end-users.
• Manage escalation of incidents to development teams, track escalations through closure and provide resolutions to internal and external customers.
• Provide internal teams with insight regarding customer usage and trends to improve the overall product.
• Identify and escalate potential customer complaints as necessary to meet regulatory requirements.
• Fully document IT support issues and their resolution for increased team efficiency in meeting customer needs.
• Assist in any new or existing team member training that is required to perform job duties.
• Data collection and reporting as needed for departmental and company KPI’s.

• Bachelor’s degree required
• RT and CT/MR Technologist Certification preferred.
• 3-5 years related experience required; preferred experience with patient imaging
• Medical Device industry experience preferred in either a product development engineering or marketing position, preferably both.
• General knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics of the human body is preferred.

• Ability to communicate both orally and in written form with a clear and concise manner.
• Strong analytical skills and outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Confidence with phone consultation and relaying technical information over the phone.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Teamwork and flexibility regarding hours and covering the needs of the business.
• Maintaining a positive attitude is a must.
• German language skills
