The Medical Operations Working Student will support the growing Medical team in Germany on a variety of projects and administrative tasks. They will have previously experienced complex tasks management, application of digital business process apps and communication tools and have contributed to strategic projects.

Here’s What You’ll Do:
Learn and understand strategy and operations in a highly dynamic professional environment to contribute as a team member to the growing German organization

Providing end-to-end and self-managed operational and some administrative support to the Medical Team on a variety of tasks and projects

Driving assigned projects and taking ownership for the timely delivery of such assignments

Collaborate cross-functionally and integrate into the inclusive Moderna team

Ensuring compliance and adherence to all relevant SOPs

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table:
Master's student enrolled in an accredited college or university - preferably major in pharmacy, biology/biotechnology or similar natural sciences, healthcare management, or health economics

Working knowledge of biology and/or immunology

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Passionate about learning

A true team player, you show a positive and proactive work attitude within a team environment

High level of proficiency in MS Office software, some SAP (or similar ERP) experience preferred

You have outstanding communication skills (English and German)
