Your tasks

• Set up, managing and tracking of national design and artwork projects
• Execute market, competitor, stakeholder and internal reviews and visualize results
• Prepare and monitor agency briefing for primary and secondary packaging
• Ensuring and monitoring the timely and compliant implementation of artwork creations and changes (including briefing, correction loops, approval process) according to requirements
• Consulting International Brand Management during design phase, check print feasibility of new designs
• Coordination with internal and external interfaces, such as International Brand Management, agencies and suppliers e.g. briefings, master design, printing guidelines

Your profile

• 3+ years of experience of working with artwork agencies and print data
• 3+ years of experience with launch/ change and artwork processes
• Knowledge of packaging materials and printing processes
• Project management skills: Structured, analytical and efficient way of working
• Completed apprenticeship as a printer/media designer or bachelor's degree in print/media science
• Fluent in English
• Esko or comparable artwork tool and/or Adobe Illustrator knowledge is an advantage
• Positive, proactive, solution-oriented, focused and organized
• Team player & fun at an interface function in an international organization
• Being able to internally and externally communicate effectively, at all levels and across all functions
• Hands-on pragmatic way of working and willingness to take decisions in an ambiguous and uncertain environment
