Join Clario in Estenfeld (near Würzburg) as Local Support Coordinator (f/m/d) and be the link between our helpdesk and our external partners on site. You would support Local Support and play a central role between the different departments within the company and the client.

What you'll be doing:
-
provide administrative support to international customers, international business partners and the colleagues of the Customer Care and Project Management with contracting, accounting, scheduling trainings and regular follow-ups

Monitoring and managing training status of external business partners

Handling communication with Local Supporter in delicate cases, escalate if necessary

Automating of processes/ Improvement and retention of information flow to customer
What we look for:
-
successfully completed apprenticeship as an office management assistant or equivalent educational experience.

Experience with telephone service (good communication skills) as well as the ability to work independently and effectively in areas of given responsibilities.

Experience in working with MS Office

good Business English (verbal and written)
